Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social platforms, with a special emphasis on video content.
Generate, publish, and share engaging content daily, focusing on high-quality, long-form videos that promote our products and lead to measurable action. This includes live content for real-time audience engagement.
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and video production strategy to increase our online presence, brand visibility, and followers.
Set specific objectives for website traffic, customer engagement, and conversions, integrating live shopping events
Lead live shopping sessions, engaging with customers in real-time to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales frSLom live interactions and recorded content.
Track, analyze, and report on key social media and video performance metrics on a regular basis to optimize content and inform our overall marketing strategy.
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, focusing on those with video and live broadcast experience. Develop campaigns and content collaborations that help extend our reach and visibility.
Stay updated on the latest in social media, video production, and live shopping trends and technologies, applying them to our strategy where relevant.
Monitor and address any potential threats to our brand reputation, particularly in live interactions, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on video and live content, to reach a wider audience and drive significant engagement.
Address negative comments or reviews in a way that shows our commitment to customer satisfaction
