The Role:

We’re looking for a data-savvy Manager of Pricing and Analytics to own our

pricing strategy and performance analytics across all channels. This person

will be key in helping Plug stay competitive while maximizing margins and

delivering an incredible customer experience. You’ll work closely with teams

across marketing, operations, and finance—and use Shopify and NetSuite to

drive insights that matter.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead pricing strategy across our product catalog, focused on margin

optimization and competitiveness

- Analyze performance data to identify pricing trends, product

opportunities, and customer behavior insights

- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics tools to drive smarter

decisions across the business

- Optimize pricing workflows and data integrity across Shopify and

NetSuite platforms

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to evaluate promotions,

bundles, and seasonal campaigns

- Benchmark competitors and monitor market trends to refine strategy.

- Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-

functional teams

- Help evolve our analytics infrastructure as we scale, including managing

data tools and potentially building a small analytics team

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years in pricing and business analytics in e-commerce, preferably in

consumer tech

- Experience with Shopify and NetSuite is a must

- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, SQL, and data

visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.)

- Great communicator—able to distill data into strategy

- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and excited to grow with a purpose-driven

company

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA

is a plus)
